Reliance's 41st AGA on Thursday, Mukesh Ambani's Relaince Jio announced the successor to the hugely popular JioPhone, simply called JioPhone 2 . The announcement came just after President Mukesh Ambani claimed that 25 million JioPhone users are now present in India. The JioPhone 2 contains some unique features, including a QWERTY keyboard, a 2.4-inch QVGA display and a 2000 mAh battery. The JioPhone 2 will be available from August 15th at Rs 2,999. The JioPhone 2 is called a high-end version of the JioPhone. Notably, the phone brings a similar QWERTY keyboard to a BlackBerry handset with a 4-way navigation key. The phone also has a 2.4-inch QVGA display and supports dual SIM cards. It will launch KaiOS, which has also announced a partnership with Google recently to bring all Google applications on the platform.
